  • With a distinguished career in the fashion industry that has spanned over thirty years, Liza Deyrmenjian is renowned internationally as an innovator, creator, and entrepreneur. Specialties include her work with emerging designers and brands. Clients have enjoyed features in iconic fashion magazines such as WWD, InStyle, Glamour, and Harper’s Bazaar, and she has personally coached various participants and winners participating in Project Runway.

  • Zahra Rahbari is an experienced Early Childhood Educator, instructor, and curriculum developer who has worked in child care programs, leadership roles, and practicum supervision. She is dedicated to preparing new educators with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to support young children and families. Zahra’s teaching is guided by inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices, while also reflecting the BC Child Care Occupational Competencies. She believes in the power of play, curiosity, and strong relationships as the foundation of children’s learning and development. With a warm and collaborative approach, Zahra encourages her students to connect with self and others and reflect on their practice, embrace diversity, and grow into confident professionals who make a positive difference in the lives of children.

  • I began my career as a Health Unit Clerk in Emergency Medicine and have since built extensive experience in Oncology, General Surgery, Community Health, Psychology, and Program Coordination. For the past nine years, I’ve worked as a Medical Office Assistant / Health Unit Clerk Instructor, as well as a Subject Matter Expert and Curriculum Developer.

    Passionate about student success, I bring both in-class and online teaching expertise, mentoring learners who go on to graduate, find employment, and thrive in their healthcare careers.
